…to grandmother’s house we went. There was something really peaceful about this Christmas. My 96 year old Uncle Pat came up from Maryland. My 19 month old nephew padded around with a giant apple in his hand. Deeeeee-licious meals, sledding down the front yard, and curling up on a big couch. My kind of holiday. We ended our trip with some mysterious, magical, quiet time in Steep Rock.

Photos with Opa
Yonas and Mylo’s Grandpa (opa) was in town from Mexico. First all three generations . . .
. . . and then some with Grandpa.

Mila & Edda
This is my second time photographing these little sisters – Mila and Edda. They speak German and English – and I believe that the little one, Edda, was clearly stating in German to her mother that under no circumstances would she smile for that lady with the camera. Or even appear the least bit amused. She had no idea that she is cute with whatever face she shared.

Thanksgiving at Hotel George
We made another trip down to Grandma and Grandpa George’s house. I call it Hotel George because we sleep well and always feel better about everything by the end of our trip. Owen got to play some soccer. My niece Elise was slightly annoyed that she was removed from the sandbox. And her sister Lillie was more than happy to look beautiful.
